This apartment is based in Mountwise, in a Grade II listed property that has been newly renovated into a modern development, with bundles of military history, conveniently situated close to the waterfront, with local amenities close by. The apartment is situated on the first floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, and kettle. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and free toiletries. The apartment also features free high-speed WI-FI with a smart TV. There is also a washer/dryer, along with an iron and ironing board for all your laundry needs.

The apartment is situated on the first floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge/freezer, oven, and kettle. The bathroom features a walk in shower and free toiletries. The apartment also features free high-speed WI-FI with a smart TV. Playing a prominent role in Britain’s Maritime history for over 200 years, this Grade II listed property was traditionally used as accommodation for high-ranking military commanders and government officials in the area. Alongside many infamous aristocrats and high-profile naval chiefs, the house itself was the home of Sir Winston Churchill from 1911 to 1915, and again from 1939 to 1940. If you choose to stay here, you will actually be sleeping in what used to be Churchill’s bedroom while he lived here - hence the name, Churchill’s Residence! The flat itself is very bright and spacious, with its south-facing windows with incredible water, views from the principal room and Main Bedrooom. The beautifully kept mature and elevated lawns that surround the property on this side of the building, that is unmatched in the whole of Plymouth can be used by guests during their stay. The location allows one to be close to the heartbeat of the city, but without any of the noise or disturbances that usually comes with such a central location. The apartment is equipped to a very high standard.
