3 Bed- The Regency Suite Information


The Regency Suite is a luxury three bedroom penthouse apartment, based on the second floor of our building which contains six other luxury apartments. The building itself is a wonderful Grade 2 star property near Plymouth Hoe, built in the mid 1800s, with a wide sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building providing access to all of the apartments . The apartment itself has three bedrooms, two with king sized beds, one with its own en-suite, plus twin beds in the third bedroom, plus a full family bathroom. There is superfast wifi throughout the property , and there is a large screen smart TV in the lounge area, plus smaller smart TVs within the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped to enable any length of stay from one night up to several months, making the property perfect for self catering stays, with a Tesco Express being nearby to enable easy access for grocery shopping during your stay. The apartment has its own dishwasher and access to the building's communal washing laundry area which is equipped with washing machines and tumble dryers.

Due to its age the building has some superb architectural features, the most obvious of which is its large sweeping staircase going up through the middle of the building. Each apartment within the building has been carefully set up to make the most of the historic features within the property, whilst making our guests' stays luxurious and comfortable. The location of the property makes it a perfect base to not only explore Plymouth, but also the surrounding areas of Devon and Cornwall. Plymouth city centre is a five minute walk away, the successful Theatre Royal is just two minutes away, Plymouth Hoe with its glorious views over the sea and Plymouth Sound is a couple of hundred yards away.

    The entrance door to the building is a large black door and is on the end of the building in Atheneum Street opposite the Walrus pub. If you have pre-arranged parking with us our car park is through the metal gates behind the building, accessed off Atheneum Street
