The apartment is completely private and although we dont live there we're only a short distance away and easily contacted by phone. we're 1.5 miles from Durham City, therefore we are able to offer a great location without paying city centre prices. We're a small Village location with a local High Street of shops including a supermarket and local Butcher. There are many hairdressers & beaut salons, Tesco is across the road along with a bus stop is opposite for the regular bus service. Durham City is a distance of 1.5miles.The village has a childrens park, high street and easy access to the City , shopping and river walks ideally situated for visiting the different university colleges.
