Durham Serviced Properties offer home from home comfort to both business & leisure guests, This cosy recently refurbished 1st floor apartment is beautifully decorated & conveniently located just on the outskirts of the Durham City (1.5 miles from Durham Station @ Langley Moor). Durhams' vast array of local attractions dominate tourism, offering: self catering, short breaks, vacation uk, Durham City, to let, corporate, serviced apartments Durham The first floor apartment has gas central heating throughout via radiators and a combi-boiler. WiFi and WiFi TV. the open plan living area is spacious, light and airy leading into a fully equipped newly fitted kitchen and breakfast bar area with two bar stools. There is a separate toilet / shower room with white / silver cladding to the walls and wood effect vinyl flooring, There are two bedrooms leading from the lounge, Bedroom 1 with a double deluxe bed, 2 bedside tables with lamps perfect for those who like to read before retiring to sleep, Bedroom 2 has 2 solid wood single beds, bedside table and reading lamp. The apartment is self-contained with its own private drive / car park to the rear of the property, suitable for 1 large vehicle (4x4/SUV) or 2 smaller cars. You will feel relaxed from the moment you enter our clean, comfortable apartment, giving you that home from home feeling. Towels and bed linen are provided along with a fully stocked Kitchen of crockery & utensils, everything you need for that self sufficient stay. Our apartment can accommodate from 1 - 4 guests. The sanctuary is perfect for those seeking comfort, easily accessible location giving you the space you require without paying for a hotel suite. Car parking is free. WiFi is provided free of charge.

The apartment is completely private and although we dont live there we're only a short distance away and easily contacted by phone. we're 1.5 miles from Durham City, therefore we are able to offer a great location without paying city centre prices. We're a small Village location with a local High Street of shops including a supermarket and local Butcher. There are many hairdressers & beaut salons, Tesco is across the road along with a bus stop is opposite for the regular bus service. Durham City is a distance of 1.5miles.The village has a childrens park, high street and easy access to the City , shopping and river walks ideally situated for visiting the different university colleges.
