Brighton Marina House Hotel Information


The Brighton Marina House is a recently refurbished guesthouse, ideally situated at the heart of the cosmopolitan and picturesque city of Brighton & Hove. Close to the sea and a short four minute walk to the beach. The rooms offer a boutique style design. We are over 3,5 floors and we do not have a lift, but are happy to help with the luggage. The hotel is located very close to many attractions and conference venues, including the beach (4 minutes walk), piers (4 minutes walk), sea life center (5 minutes walk), lanes area (10 minutes walk), The Royal Pavilion (10 minutes walk), museums (from 10 minutes walk) North Laines (10 minutes walk). The shopping area of the Lanes is full of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, so you will find plenty of things to do. As a premier bed & breakfast accommodation we offers guests a memorable experience during their stay. We always look to offer customer service at its very best - because we consider our guests to be our most valuable asset. All rooms have TVs with Freeview ,all have a hairdryer, wonderful complimentary toiletries, a hospitality tray, water as well as coffee & tea making facilities. Our breakfast is served from 8.00-9.30 on weekdays and 8.30-10.00 on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available. For breakfast we offer a freshly prepared cooked breakfast as well as continental choices. We also have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option. Please let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements or allergies. Parking - We do not have private parking but we will direct you to locations around the hotel to park your car locally (on street parking). You may purchase a parking voucher from us that entitle parking in the area for 24 h.

    Take the A23 into Brighton and follow the signs to the seafront. When you arrive at the seafront turn left and drive along the seafront with the sea on your right. After ca. 200m and turn left into Charlotte Street (this is a one way street). Unload your luggage in front of our hotel (yellow lines) and we will help you find a parking space, usually within a few minutes walking distance. We provide parking vouchers for 10 pounds, (cash only) per day for 24 hours in a C Zone and we will also give

    Gatwick Airport is served by airlines from all over Europe. Direct trains from the airport to Brighton run every 30 minutes and the journey takes only 45-60 minutes. Taxis are available at Brighton train station and it takes approx. 5-10 minutes to drive to our hotel. Alternatively you can walk through the town, which takes approx. 15-20 minutes.
  • Train from London (53.0 miles)
    Trains from London to Brighton run on a regular basis almost every 30 minutes and the journey takes approx. 45-60 minutes. Taxis are available at Brighton station and it takes approx. 5 minutes to drive to our hotel. Alternatively you can walk through the town, which takes approx. 15-20 minutes.
