We have guest ROOMS, STUDIO and 1 & 2 bedroom serviced APARTMENTS. Why not combine our rooms and apartments – we can accommodate any combination of guests up to 20 in a single location, all in style and comfort. The perfect get away, retreat, work base or space to entertain your family and friends - whatever your reason to stay, apartments are a popular choice and often more cost effective alternative than other accommodation types. For something different we now have a new addition - PEBBLE COTTAGE, a lovely historic property now fully renovated to a high standard sleeping up to 6 people or BEACH RETREAT and fabulous mezzanine apartment with roof terrace sleeps 4. Just seconds from the beach and 200m from the hotel, rent alone or in addition to our rooms & apartments. All weekend 2 night bookings will receive a bottle of wine complimentary All rooms and apartments are complete with TV/DVD, Free Wi-Fi, Linen and Towels, Complimentary Shower Gel, Breakfast Packs, Tea & Coffee making facilities. 24hr automated check in, CCTV and 24hr on call security and concierge for your safety and assurance. Daily housekeeping provided at EI8HT Apart-Hotel (Pebble Cottage or Beach Retreat does not have daily housekeeping). Damage deposits maybe required against some group booking we will advise you before check in or please call to ask for details. Parking is available - on street permit parking @ £12/24hrs - please call to book or choose at point of booking.

Accessibility

We are stituated on 4 floors with a basement. There are 4 steps to the front door. Our Beach Pad 1 is the most accessible apartment on the ground floor. Our twin room has bunk beds accessed via a bed ladder. We apologise but due to the age of the building and internal restrictions we are unable to offer any such facilities for wheel chairs / lifts. Pebbles Cottage is a cottage on 3 levels, access is up 3 steps to the front door.

Directions

  • Coach from Brighton Station (2.0 miles)
    By Coach to Brighton then Number 7 towards Marina - Bus stops almost outside number 8 Upper Rock Gardens A taxi will also take you direct to us for about £5 from Brighton Station. Coaches are available from all major airports and London Coach Stations to Brighton.
  • Train from Train station (2.0 miles)
    Walk down Queens Road to the Sea Front. Head towards the Pier. At the round about continue along the coast towards the Marina (East) for about 1/4 mile. You will approach a major set of traffic lights - here turn left into Lower Rock Gardens, continue up into Upper Rock Gardens. We are number 8 opposite the large Red Brick Church.
