I am looking forward welcoming you to our lovely 2 bedroom house which is warm and welcoming. The Accommodation is situated close to the Hull University, & popular Pearson Park on Beverly road of Hull. The house is just 9 minutes drive to the Hull City Centre and Old Town and has excellent bus links to the city centre. The vibrant area of Newland Avenue and Princess Avenue are both walking Distance, offering a fantastic choice of trendy bars and restaurants. This luxury home has everything to provide that home away from home feeling for you. This beautiful and modern house is perfect for your stay in Hull! Contractors, friends and families are welcome - we look forward to hosting you! There is a lock key box on site for easy check in and check out.The code will be provided privately after booking and before arrival. The house consists of: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, 1 toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and unique dining room area and a lovely garden. Bedroom 1 can be arranged as a twin room or a king room, bedroom 2 is a twin room. Each room is provided with fresh linen and soft fluffy towels and. The mattresses are super comfy, so whether you were enjoying the city all day or working on a site, we can guarantee you will have a good night's sleep! We provide linen, towels as well as tea &coffee to make your mornings more enjoyable. Free Wifi available. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Smart Flat TV -Netflix The kitchen is fit for an aspiring chef (just like you!) - it is fully equipped with utensils, pots and pans so that you can cook your favourite meals. Microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster are also available for you. There is also a garden which is ideal for relaxing outside and enjoying a glass of wine while the sun is going down. Free on-street parking also there are Loads of on street parking in-front of the property.
