Apartment 1 The Executive (26m² / 290ft2) and Apartment 2 The Loft (28m² / 301ft2) are stylish studio apartments which can sleep up to 4 with 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed. If you require a travel cot and high chair in any of our apartments this can be put in your apartment for you on your arrival. Apartment 3 our Family/Group apartment is (56m² / 603ft2) with 1 enclosed bedroom which has a king size bed. There is also an alcove/2nd sleeping area with 2 bunks which can sleep up to 4 additional people. Apartment 4 The Express Ensuite studio (16.5m² / 178ft2) sleeps 1 or 2.

Our boutique/art-house apartments provide a home away from home for the traveller, whether touring or on business, with fully fitted kitchens, lounging areas and all the amenities of home. We are situated on the north side of Edinburgh’s New Town within easy walking distance of the city centre in an up and coming area which, through urban redevelopment, has been upgraded into local warehouses, loft apartments and community art studios.
