The cottage has been sympathetically restored to maintain so much of its original charm with beamed ceilings and exposed Cotswold stone walls. It is the perfect location to relax and explore all that the Cotswolds has to offer. Cold Aston is walking distance from the famous Cotswold market town of Bourton-on-the-Water, a short drive from Stow-in-the-Wold and is ideally located for traveling to Stratford-upon-Avon the ‘home of Shakespeare’, Oxford and Cheltenham.
This beautiful, period cottage boasts a fantastic living space with a large sitting room including a wood burner (all logs provided), a separate dining room, fully equipped kitchen and downstairs loo. Upstairs there are two bedrooms. The charming master bedroom benefits from an en suite bathroom with bath and views over the garden. The second bedroom is beautifully presented with two single beds which can be pushed together if you so wish. The family bathroom showcases the barns original wooden structure and has both a shower and roll top bath.
Outside you will be spolit with seclusion in the south facing cottage garden, perfect for alfresco dining and evening bbqs. We provide all of the crisp white linen, sumptuously fluffy bath towels, complimentary toiletries and we are very dog friendly.
This holiday home benefits from free parking right outside the garden gate. Cold Aston is easily accessed by car from the A436 and A429 (Fosse Way), which are two of the main roads through the North Cotswolds, close to the A40.

The cottage is located in the heart of the village behind the Plough Inn. There is a secluded courtyard with a black sign Greystones on the wall. Turn into here and park at the very end.
Trainfrom London Paddington(80.0 miles)
There are trains running from Paddington station to Moreton in Marsh. You will then need to take a taxi from here to Greystones Cottage (15 minutes-£12-25)
