This lovely two bedroom seafront holiday home on the first floor is in the heart of Aberdovey. The large sitting room has unrivalled sea views across the Dovey estuary. This holiday home is situated immediately opposite the beach and within easy reach of the shops. It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped. Guests are provided with a free parking permit for use during their stay. All the ingredients for a fantastic holiday or short break!

Beautiful Aberdovey Seafront Apartment 2 Information

Description

This comfortable well equipped first floor apartment provides wonderfully relaxing accommodation for a family holiday or a romantic break. The views from the sitting room over the beach and Cardigan bay are breathtaking and provide a continual source of enjoyment. In addition to Aberdovey’s renowned beach with its miles of sand dunes there are some wonderful walks starting from Aberdovey in the Snowdonia National Park. Venture further afield and you will find the Tallyllyn steam railway which winds its way up the valley. There are stops at the magnificent Dolgoch Falls and at Nant Gwernol which is a starting point for some beautiful walks through the forest and beside the tumbling rivers. More challenging walks in the Snowdonia National park include the famous Cader Idris Mountain.

Our family has been coming to Aberdovey for very many years. This apartment is wonderfully located, right on the seafront so its great for children who can be out on the beach in no time at all. Its in the heart of the village.

Directions

  • Road from Aberdovey (0.5 miles)
    Directions to Aberdovey and Flat 2, 8 Bodfor Terrace, Aberdovey, Gwynedd, LL35 0EA.

    From Machynlleth: Drive towards the centre of Aberdovey. After you pass the Dovey Inn on your right, and the pier on your left, the main road curves right along the terrace of seafront houses. 8 Bodfor Terrace is 300 yards along the terrace and virtually opposite the main entrance to the seafront car park.

    From Tywyn: Drive towards the centre of Aberdovey. 8 Bodfor Terrace is on the left 200 m after the railway bridge, and virtually opposite the main entrance to the seafront car park.

    By train: It is about 800 yards from Aberdovey station to Flat 2. From the station turn right at the main road. 8 Bodfor Terrace is on the left 200 m after the railway bridge, and virtually opposite the main entrance to the seafront car park.

    Check-in: At Seabreeze Restaurant Reception which is at 6 Bodfor Terrace to collect your key and the parking permit.

    Entrance: The entrance to the 8 Bodfor Terrace flats is in the passageway to the side of the building (second door down). Go up the stairs with the blue carpet. Flat 2 is on the first floor and has a blue door. Lights for the stairwell come on automatically when people are moving around in the hallway and on the landings.
