EXPECT THE UNEXPECTED! You will have full use of a self contained , ground floor luxury apartment with it's own private entrance. The property has recently been completely refurbished to the highest of standards. No expense has been spared creating the perfect holiday home for up to four guests to enjoy all year round. *Private entrance *Open plan living space with luxury double sofa bed *Dining/Breakfast room *Double bedroom with King size Hypnos mattress, fitted wardrobes, TV, hairdryer *Fully fitted luxury shower room *Washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, induction hob, oven *Free Wi-Fi *50" smart TV *USB double socket charge point *Communal garden *Free parking for one car PLEASE NOTE: We are listed with many Online Travel Agents and they all have their own policies concerning 'Extras'. Some can be selected at the time of your booking and some can't. So for the avoidance of doubt we list them here as well as our booking conditions policy: *Children under 2 years can stay for free assuming you bring your own travel cots. We can provide one Graco travel cot with extra mattress and sheets on request for a small charge of £10 per stay. (Please let us know if you need use of our cot) *We are dog friendly! We accept up to two well behaved dogs. A small charge of £10 per dog per stay applies to cover the extra cleaning. We also ask that you bring a cover for our leather sofa bed and keep dogs out of the bedroom. (Please let us know if you are bringing your furry friend.) *If you are just two guests but require separate beds please let us know as we will need to get the sofa bed ready. In this sort of situation we charge a £15 supplement per visit to cover the extra laundry costs. If any of the above options are not available when you book online please get in touch and let us know what you need, Any of the above extras can be paid for in cash on arrival,
