We offer a quiet, bright triple en suite room with one double bed and one single bed. Your room has free Wi Fi, a flat screen TV with the free to view channels, good black out curtains, hair drier, kettle, fridge and toaster for your self help breakfast. We supply tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits for your arrival and cereals, orange juice, yoghurt, bread, butter and preserves for your breakfast. Should you have any special dietary requirements we would be grateful if you could let us know before your arrival so we can try to accommodate them.

Description

Located in an urban area we offer a quiet, bright triple en suite room with a double bed and a single bed. Your room has free Wi Fi, a flat screen TV with the free to view channels, good black out curtains, hair drier, kettle, fridge and toaster for your self help breakfast. We supply tea, coffee, fresh milk and biscuits for your arrival and cereals, orange juice, yoghurt, bread, butter and preserves for your breakfast. Should you have any special dietary requirements we would be grateful if you could let us know before your arrival so we can try to accommodate them.

After taking early retirement from careers in engineering and hospitality we relocated to Spain where we intended to retire but ended up renting out a couple of holiday apartments before returning to the UK for family reasons. Once back in the UK and living in a seaside resort close to the beach we decided to offer en suite accommodation in our home. This was very successful but due to a serious illness for one of us it seemed sensible to relocate to Basingstoke close to our children and their offspring. Since moving here we have decided to offer our separate annex for guest accommodation. As experienced hosts we expect to make your stay with us comfortable and enjoyable.

Road from Junction 7 on M3 (0.0 miles)

Please note your accommodation is situated in our rear garden so it is necessary to come to our rear door not the front door. For ease of finding us please follow the instructions further down in this message.

From junction 7 of the M3 follow signs for Basingstoke. Join A30 and continue straight over at traffic lights and one roundabout. At next roundabout (Kempshott roundabout) take first exit into Heather Way. At mini roundabout turn right. Take 3rd left into Heron Way. Pass Kempshott Gardens on the left and Chaffinch Close on the right.

PASS EAGLE CLOSE on the right and park on the straight bit of road just PAST Cormorant Close by the hedge. and before Wren Close. Please DO NOT park on the pavement or grass. From the triangle of grass take the path behind the houses in Eagle Close to the second gate showing number 5 on the left gate post. Please come into our garden and contact us by ringing the bell on our rear door. Alternatively please phone me and I will come out to meet you.
