Description

Broadlands Gate is a beautifully restored Victorian Country House tucked away on the edge of Brockenhurst Village in the heart of the New Forest. The emphasis is upon luxurious comfort, hospitality and care for our guests. The property is within walking distance is the Village of Brockenhurst where you can gain access to the Train Station, various bus stops, shops, bars, restaurants, cycle hire facilities and more. At Broadlands Gate we don't offer rooms we offer suites. The Master suite comprises of 2 double bedrooms, a lounge and bathroom, while the smaller junior suite only has one bedroom. Both are comfortable furnished and provide a lovely base for a holiday in the New Forest. The following facilities are offered at the property for all guests o Use of a large private enclosed garden equipped with lounger chairs. o Breakfast in the elegant main dining room (full English or in accordance with guest requirements). o Tea/coffee making facilities. o Sky television. o Direct access from the front door to extensive forest walks. o Local facilities made up of full range of village shops including tea & coffee houses and a number of excellent Restaurants within easy walking distance. o Walking, cycling, golfing, sailing. o Easy access to mainline rail facilities. o Major shopping areas of Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole and Salisbury. o A short car journey to beach facilities and a number of charming Forest Villages Please note Children & Pets are not accepted at Broadlands Gate

Directions

Road from All directions (10.0 miles)

As you come into the town from the north turn right just before the level crossing. Follow this road just past the ford where it meets Burley Road, and turn left. The 4th right hand turn is North Wiers, turn here and then onto Broadlands Road. We are the first house on the right.
Train from All directions (10.0 miles)

Our nearest train station is Brockenhurst. The B&B is a ten minute walk from the station or just a couple minutes by car.
