Each bedroom has a pair of zip and link beds, so either singles or super king doubles for your stay. The beds are super-comfortable with a memory foam topper to ensure a good nights sleep. Pillows and duvets are anti-allergy, bed linens are 100% cotton. There are extra blankets available in Winter. Each bedroom has a generous sized desk with a lamp, the work chairs are leather faced and comfortable to work in all day.
The living room has a double sofa bed, an Internet SMART TV and a selection of books. Housed in a cupboard are iron and ironing board as well as instruction manuals for all the appliances. There is a dining table for 4.
The kitchen is well equipped beyond the expected pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. There is a dishwasher, large washer/dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a picnic backpack and beach towels for expeditions, shopping bags and cleaning materials are freely available.
The bathroom is neat and clean with a shower over the bath, toiletries and toilet roll are provided for your convenience. Bath towels, hand towels and face cloths are also included.
The garden is pleasant with seating and a barbecue.
Orchard Garden Apartment is well situated for access to both the City of Portsmouth and the attractions of Southsea. It is in a residential street but only 500 metres from Fratton Station. Here you can hop on a train to London, Brighton, Winchester, Southampton and Chichester. Taking the train is also the perfect way to reach the Historic Ships, Gunwharf Quays and Old Portsmouth which are all accessed from Portsmouth Harbour Station two stops and only 5 minutes away.

The property is on the ground floor and is all on one level. However, the entrance isn't wide enough for a wheelchair.
