Four storey grade 2 listed town house with accommodation laid out as follows: Ground Floor Hallway leads to open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Living area has views over the park from a large bay window. There is an impressive wall mounted tv with sound system and a contemporary feature gas fire to keep everyone feeling cosy. The kitchen / dining area has a modern range cooker and breakfast bar and a dining table situated below a grand feature skylight. There is also a utility room, shared bathroom, twin bedroom and access to a patio / bbq area via the car park entrance. First Floor Very spacious en-suite bedroom with super king size bed, large Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Views from the bay window over the park. Walk in wardrobe and wall mounted TV. Second Floor 2 bedrooms one with double bed and one with king size bed and en-suite. Wall mounted TV. Third Floor King size bedroom with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. Bedding Details All beds have 10.5 TOG duck feather and down pillows and duvets. Non feather bedding is available on request. Parking There is parking for one car that comes with the property with additional available parking in the street overnight for free (between 8pm-8am) and on Sunday between 8am-1pm. Nearby Attractions Many fine restaurants in Oxford Street a short walk away. There is a large modern shopping centre nearby (West Quay) and casinos, cinema and bowling complexes are also within walking distance. You are also near to Ocean Village and the Marina. You are perfectly situated for the annual Southampton Boat Show and also to hop across on the ferry to the Isle of Wight, especially during world famous Cowes Week. We have a mandatory cleaning fee of £120 per stay and a refundable security deposit of £300 is collected at the check in.
