Description of Property: Downstairs: Open plan lounge/dining area with smart TV, lovely high ceiling and patio doors leading to a small enclosed garden laid in artificial grass. Fully equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, microwave etc. Cloakroom with WC, wash handbasin and heated towel rail. Upstairs: Double bedroom with kingsize bed, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted smart TV. Twin bedroom with two single beds, fitted wardrobe, wall mounted smart TV. (It is possible to request an additional single fold up bed if required) Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, WC, washhand basin and heated towel rail. On the upper floor, there is a glass balcony overlooking the lounge/dining area. Garage: Secure space for storing bikes, skis, outdoor clothing/equipment or small car. All linen and towels are included. Cot and highchair available on request (Please bring own linen for cot) A good housekeeping bond of £300 will be taken in advance and will be refunded once the property has been checked for damage or breakages.

  • Road from Perth (83.0 miles)
    Follow directions for A9 north until the first exit for Aviemore signposted B9152. Continue along the B9152 until you reach the first roundabout in Aviemore (Grampian Road), continue along this road until the next roundabout and take the second exit continuing along Grampian Road. Take the fifth exit on the left signposted for Grampian View (yellow sign) and continue to the top of the hill. No. 8 Milton Side is the second last door on the right hand side.
  • Road from Inverness (30.0 miles)
    Follow the A9 south from Inverness, take the first turning for Aviemore (B9152), take the next turning right heading for Aviemore. On entering Aviemore, take the third turning on the right hand side for Grampian View (yellow sign) and follow the road to the top of the hill, No.8 Milton Side is the second last door on the right hand side.
