Description

A quaint cottage which has gone through a full refurbishment, as you walk into the front door you enter the lounge area which has retained an open fire and beams yet has a modern large wall tv and a lovely seating area. our kitchen has a breakfast bar along with all mod cons you could require including a coffee machine, washer/dryer oven, hob to name a few. Up the first set of stairs, you reach the first floor which has a beautifully furnished double bedroom with an ensuite with walkin shower and tv set into the built in wardrobes. the second bedroom is a twin room with two large spacious single beds. family bathroom fully tiled with a bath and shower again to a high standard. then you move up to the second floor which is a beautiful room with its own tv, sofa and sofa bed this room is perfect for children, teenagers, or as a quiet area for adults again with fabulous original features. you will not be disappointed with this cottage it meets all requirements. if you would like to add a hot tub to your stay please contact "lazy tubs of blackburn 07387184024" they can arrange this for you and cost is dealt directly with them. The location is lovely with the Foxhill nature reserve just on your doorstep along with shops/cosy pubs etc within walking distance. We are also lucky to have the Oswaldtwistle theatre and famous Oswaldtwistle mills on the doorstep!

Directions

  • Road from union road (0.5 miles)

    As you come down union road you will come to a small Tesco supermarket, turn down Mill Hill next to the supermarket you will then go over a small bridge and past a old building on your right drive past this and you will come to a row of cottages we are in the corner with green door.

    you can park on the path outside the cottage (we do not have a designated parking spot) if you need further parking go past the cottage a few meters and you will come to the entrance of the nature reserve and find a small car park that we can use.
