Within a few minutes you are also in Preston’s main shopping district, with 3 shopping centres, countless bars, restaurants, eateries and attractions. Relaxing Living room, Kitchen diner with access to private sunny yard, upstairs to 3 Stylish and comfortable double bedrooms and a 4 piece bathroom. Plenty of nearby local conveniences, Pub, Take-Aways. Please note this property does have steep stairs.
