As soon as you enter through the front door you will be immersed in luxury. The lounge has a superb feature fireplace with the original brick chimney and a Smart TV surrounded by comfy seating for everyone. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, which is where you will spend all your days as it has all you need, with a dining table and chairs for your feasts in the evening. The kitchen is equipped with a range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms and one bunk room. The main bathroom completes this floor, with a bath, separate shower and WC, and an additional separate WC. On the second floor is a twin bedroom, double bedroom and bunk bedroom, and a bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC, plus another separate WC. All the double and twin rooms have TVs to enjoy. Sit back and relax in the hot tub. There is a brilliant gas BBQ to enjoy and a raised seating area, plus a lawned area for the kids to play on. There is ample off-road parking for this property.

Description

As soon as you enter through the front door, you will be immersed in luxury. First off is the cloakroom with plenty of hooks and space to store footwear after a day out at the beach. The lounge has a Smart TV surrounded by comfortable seating for everyone. Head on through to the open-plan kitchen/diner, where you will spend your mornings and evenings at the dining table and breakfast bar. Through the kitchen is the sauna area where you can look forward to relaxing after a long day, and there is also a useful ground floor WC here. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find three double bedrooms, one of which has an en suite WC, and one twin room, which is accessed via the first double bedroom. Completing this floor is the bathroom. On the second floor is a double bedroom, a bunk bedroom, and a shower room. All the bedrooms have Smart TVs to enjoy a night in bed with a good movie, and the bunk room has an Xbox for the kids. Heading outside, the enclosed area with decking is a brilliant space to enjoy some drinks and al fresco dining. There is a hot tub to sink into and enjoy some downtime with your family or friends.
