Welcome to The Penthouse, tucked away in a highly desirable quiet area. The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road private parking and a lovely balcony view overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast where you can also sit and enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky. The penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with luxury sofas smart TV and dining table with views over overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms and the master bedrooms is expremely spacious with ample hanging and storage a well fitted out bathroom. We can provide upto 2 baby cots on request subject to availability and bedding if required, and a small selection of toys and board games, so please don't hesitate to share your needs with us so we can make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Shopping amenities such as Morrisons superstore is 1 minute drive away or a 10 minute walk down beautiful Rotten Row or through Victoria Park Those choosing to stay with us wether for holiday, short break or business or working in the area we hope to offer you a relaxing and pleasant stay at The Penthouse

The Penthouse is a part of a gated property with off road, private, secure parking and a roof terrace balcony overlooking Victoria Park and the Southport coast. The perfect place to enjoy a bottle of wine under the starlight sky. The penthouse offers a huge lounge with revealed beams and is furnished with luxury sofas, a smart TV and dining table with views over overlooking Victoria Park and the beach. There are 3 bedrooms and the master bedrooms is extremely spacious. A double room with en-suite and a cozy double next to the well fitted out family bathroom. Travel cots and a toddler bed are available on request along with a high chair. A small selection of toys and board games are provided for your entertainment. Please don't hesitate to share your needs with us so we can make your stay enjoyable and stress free. We are in walking distance of everything and all we times quoted in this description is within walking distance. 1 minute to Victoria park where a multitude of events are held throughout the year including Flower show, food & Drink festival, concerts and the like, 5 minutes from the beginning of the beautiful Lord Street boulevard where you will find and selection of fine restaurants and shopping,10 minutes’ walk to splash world. The Beach and promenade is 10 minutes away, where you can enjoy coastal views, amusement arcades, fish & chip shops, ice cream parlours and pier train rides or, boat rides on the Marine lake, crazy golf at Kings Gardens. A fun day out with plenty of picnic spots or places to eat out for the children. The Trans Pennine trail is starts and ends on the sea front. We also have a range of professional open & PGA golf courses in the area if you fancy a game. Including Royal Birkdale, S&A Hillside, Formby & Formby Hall and many more. Night life in Southport and surrounding villages is friendly, there is something for everyone. Whether that be taking in a show at the Atkinson, enjoying the atmosphere in Southport Market, to a cinema trip or a delicious meal

Road from M6 Junction 31 North (25.0 miles)

Come off M6 at Junction 31 Come off at the Tickled Trout sevices and follow A59 to Tartleton at Tarleton trafficlights continue onto the A565 and on approach into Southort when you reach the roundabout you have 2 options:

Option 1: Take a right onto Marine drive (coast road) continue on here UNDER the pier passed the fun fair turn left into Victoria way go passed Morrisons on your left turn left onto Rotten Row turn left into Beach Road.

Option 2 at Rounda bout continue on A565 to Lord Street drive to other end of Lord Street at round about continue onto Lord Street West Take left fark onto Westcliffe Road take 1st left into Beach Road.
Road from M6 South Junction 21a (40.0 miles)

Come off M6 Junction 21a onto M62 (Liverpool) come off M62 at Junction 6 onto M57 got o end of M57 continue straight onto A5758 to end at ound about follow A565 to Southport continue until you get to Woodvale airfield on your left to trafficlights, turn left onto the costal road and continue to the 2nd roundabout turn right towards Birkdale take 1st left onto rotten Row (Caravan park on your left) take 1st right into Beach Road.
