A beautiful Heritage Listed two level apartment in the very heart of Edinburgh's Historic New Town. Abercromby Place is one of Edinburgh's most desirable streets and is ten minutes walk to Princes Street. The apartment is approached from street level down a short stairway which leads to a front door. Entering via a shared lobby you will find the door to your private three bedroom luxurious apartment. This dual aspect luxurious home has a spacious living room with two large bay Georgian windows and welcoming hallway, two King size bedrooms (one with a full en suite bathroom) and one large Double bedroom, cloakroom, Living room, dining area and a separate bathroom/shower room and kitchen. Thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to a high level to enable our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in one of the World’s greatest cities – perfect for a family getaway or weekend break for three couples or close friends. Extremely comfortable with new beds and furnishings - heating throughout and a fully fitted kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. All essentials are provided - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and all with cutlery, crockery and cooking essentials. There are SMART TV's, Free Hi Speed WIFI and USB connections and chargers. Is this the most stylish three bedroom apartment in Edinburgh? James Bond would think so!

All our properties were new to the market in 2019. Our aim is to provide our guests with a unique and special place to stay. We are not a hotel and don't pretend to offer the services of a hotel - but we have furnished our apartments as we would want them to be - if we were away on holiday ourselves.     Every 10 mins. Airport to Princes Street (Adult fare: £4.50 one way; £7.50 return). <10 mins walk to apartment.


    Taxi (25 mins)

    Typical fare from airport to City Centre is £25-£30.  Uber are cheaper!

    Nearest Railway Station is Edinburgh Waverley Station

    Parking Options


    There is no 24-hour Free Parking in Edinburgh City Centre.


    There are two options for parking when visiting Abercromby Place:


    On Street (metered) parking is available right outside the front door and on nearby streets. On-Street parking is free on some streets on Saturday/Sunday (hours vary) and between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:30am every day. Outside of these hours you have to pay.


    For convenience we recommend downloading the RingGo App to ease payments.


    Long stay (multi-storey) parking is available at Q-Park at the Omni Centre (near John Lewis Department Store). It can be cheaper to book online before arrival. Entry is via Leith Street and Greenside Row. The apartment is around 10 mins walk away.
