A beautiful Heritage Listed apartment in the very heart of Edinburgh's Historic New Town and only 10 minutes walk to Princes Street. Albyn Place is a dual aspect luxurious apartment with a spacious living room and hallway, large Super King size bed; and a separate bathroom and kitchen. Thoughtfully and tastefully furnished to a very high level to enable our guests to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay in one of the World’s greatest cities – perfect for a romantic getaway or weekend break for a couple. We are not a hotel - this is our private home. We hope you will make it yours too. The apartment is approached through the main door entrance from Albyn Place which leads into an elegant Regency lobby. Climb the stairs under a cupola roof to the first floor and you will arrive at the apartment which is self contained and private. Extremely comfortable with a new bed and furnishings - heating throughout (including under floor heating in the kitchen) and a fully fitted designer kitchen - dishwasher, oven, microwave, washer/dryer and fridge freezer. All essentials are provided - toaster, kettle, coffee machine, iron, ironing board and all with cutlery, crockery and cooking essentials. There are SMART TV's, Free Hi Speed WIFI and USB connections and chargers. Self contained and private. Is this the best one bedroom apartment in Edinburgh? We definitely think so!

My name is Fiona and with my husband Craig we run our small but very special luxury holiday rental business in Edinburgh. We are new and fresh! All our properties were new to the market in 2019. Our aim is to provide our guests with a unique and special place to stay. Something different from the usual, something that is luxurious and welcoming but also easy and straightforward. We are not a hotel and don't pretend to offer the services of a hotel - but we have furnished our apartments as we would want them to be - if we were away on holiday ourselves. We want you to enjoy your visit to Edinburgh – and that includes having somewhere comfortable and luxurious to stay when you are visiting the city. We think this is what sets us apart.

    Parking Options

    There is no 24-hour Free Parking in Edinburgh City Centre.

    There are two options for parking when visiting Albyn Place:

    On Street (metered) parking is available on Wemyss Place (25 metres) and on nearby streets. On-Street parking is free on some streets on Saturday/Sunday (hours vary) and between the hours of 6:30pm and 8:30am every day. Outside of these hours you have to pay.

    For convenience we recommend downloading the RingGo App to ease payments.

    Long stay (multi-storey) parking is available at Q-Park at the Omni Centre (near John Lewis Department Store). It can be cheaper to book online before arrival. Entry is via Leith Street and Greenside Row. The apartment is around 15 mins walk away.
