Swallows Nest really is something special with a fabulous upstairs bedroom on a open plan gallery where you can lay in your super king sized bed looking up to the stars which really sparkle in our rural part of Norfolk. Downstairs there is a spacious lounge with comfy sofa and flat screen TV/DVD player. You’ll love the stylish, convenient and easy-to-use Nespresso coffee machine – we think it produces an almost perfect cup of coffee! You have your own front door for complete privacy and a private court yard garden. In the room there is a fridge and glasses in case you want to enjoy a glass of wine or champagne. As an extra treat If you would like to have breakfast in your room we will happily bring a full English breakfast or homemade waffles to your door for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own lounge or maybe outside in the early morning sunshine on the deck in your own little garden. The extra special treat in Swallows nest is the bathroom, which is anything but average with a large sunken bath for two if you are feeling romantic, or for one with lots of bubbles, a good book and glass of wine! There is also a separate powerful shower. With his and hers sinks, luxury toiletries and soft fluffy towels and robes, it really is bathroom heaven.

The Cowshed is our upside down room. Your large bedroom is downstairs with super King sized bed and views to your private courtyard garden. There is a single bed and seocnd pull out bed downstairs so ideal for a family stay. Upstairs you have a spacious lounge, open plan gallery style, with a large comfy sofa and flat screen TV/DVD player, a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. You’ll love the stylish, convenient and easy-to-use Nespresso coffee machine – we think it produces an almost perfect cup of coffee! In the bathroom we turn back the clock with Victorian style design and large shower, with room for two. Fluffy towels, robes and luxury toiletries are of course included You have your own front door for complete privacy and a private court yard garden. The Kingfisher twin room has an ensuite wetroom style bathroom fully refurbished in 2020. It has a fantastic power shower, with grab rail and seat. It is located on the ground floor of the property close to the lounge and breakfast room. There are countryside views across the farm yard and fields. The room is well equipped with a hospitality tray and kettle, toiletries, hair dryer, fluffy towels, and TV. Fresh milk and homemade cake is included on arrival. This room accomodates a maximum of 2 guests and can be set as superking if preferred

All double en-suite rooms are very spacious with a comfortable superking sized bed and ensuite shower room with fantastic power showers and luxury fluffy towels. They are located on the ground floor of the property with views across the court yard. Each room is beautifully colour-themed and named Dahlia, Norfolk Lavender, Seaside and Sunrise. They are well equipped with a hospitality tray and kettle, toiletries, hair dryer, delicious chocolates on your pillow, a variety of magazines, fresh flowers and of course television/DVD. There is space in these rooms for 2 children to share on addtional fold up beds.

The bathroom has been fully refurbished this year, it is incrediably spacious and has an excellent large power shower and separate oval bath with ample fluffy towels, robes and luxury toiletries. Along with a double sink and mirror with in built blue tooth speakers In addition there is a day bed in the downstairs area with a second pull out bed underneath so its great for a family getaway. Our Red Poppy en-suite room ia a very spacious room with two comfortable twin beds and ensuite shower room with a fantastic power shower and luxury fluffy towels. Located on the ground floor of the property with views across the court yard. It is well equipped with a hospitality tray and kettle, toiletries, hair dryer, TV and Homemade cake and fresh milk on arrival. There is space in this room for 1 child to share on an addtional bed
