This newly renovated city-centre townhouse is located in a quiet residential area close to a small park, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and yet centrally located, making it perfect for exploring many of the city’s historic attractions by foot. Unwind by relaxing in the hot tub surrounded by olive trees, watching a film on the smart TV in the chic living room, cooking a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or chilling in the cosy snug. The family bathroom can be found on the ground floor. There is a security camera on the external of the front door & external back gate and a Minut Home Security Device on in the living room. - No Pets - No smoking (£200 fee) - Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and checks out by 10 AM (Early check-in and late checkout may be available please contact us for more details) - No fires -No parties - £250 Fine - Quiet hours 22:00 - 07:00, please respect our neighbours and refrain from loud noises - £200 fine - No extra guests other than those listed in the booking. - No use of hot tub between hours of 22:00 - 07:00. £200 Fine - Unauthorised late check-out will incur a fee of £100 - All users of the hot tub do so at their own risk. We accept no responsibility for accidents or injury as a result of using the hot tub. - Keys to be left in Lockbox on check out, failure to do so or loss of keys £150 fine - No music to be played outside - £200 fine - £200 fee for leaving the hot tub in unfit state/misuse As per our Terms and Conditions we require a damage deposit incase of any damages, unforeseen cleaning costs and or violation of house rules this will automatically be taken 3 days before check-in and returned within 7 days of checkout.
