Under expansive Norfolk skies, with views over miles of the surrounding countryside, this lovely converted barn is modern, stylish and full of luxurious touches. Hill Farm Barn makes the ideal spot for groups of friends and families to come together and enjoy a memorable holiday. A large gravel driveway, which offers plenty of secure parking space for guests, leads to this impressive house. A timber-clad property with lots of large windows, this attractive property offers plenty of space in relaxing surroundings, for all guests to enjoy. The decor throughout features calming neutrals which enhance the light and also helps to show off the lovely timber used for flooring and the exposed beams. The ground level is predominantly open plan. It is a large and beautifully furnished area making it the perfect spot for socialising while all the time guests are able to enjoy the fabulous views from the many windows. When guests want to stretch their legs, The Boars, Spooner Row's local pub, is a short walk away and has a pretty beer garden. Further afield, and the market town Wymondham is a great spot to pick up provisions, browse the shops or visit the local Abbey. You're also a short drive from The Broads, which is a picturesque National Park known for its waterways, exotic wildlife and pretty landscapes, and the idyllic Thetford Forest is also nearby in the other direction. Guests are also just a half an hour's drive from the popular town of Norwich with its lovely pubs, restaurants, shops, and historic sites. There is a Nest security camera on the driveway and a Minut Home Security Device on in the living room. Please be aware that although every effort is made to ensure the hot tub is at optimum temperature after being cleaned and the water replaced ready for your arrival, due to ambient temperatures the water may need until late afternoon early evening to reach optimum.

A large wooden dining table is handily situated next to the kitchen and adjacent to bi-fold patio doors. Guests will love pulling back the bi-folds to bring the outdoors inside while they take their time over leisurely lunches and brunches. A huge corner sofa invites guests to kick off their shoes and put their feet up in style, while catching up on the year, reading a book or watching friends and family enjoy the outdoor space. The exterior boasts two paved patio areas and good sized lawned area, leaving plenty of space for little ones to let off steam and quiet corners for more reflective moments. And there's also a private hot tub that can be enjoyed whatever the weather, adding an additional slice of luxury to your stay. And when bedtime beckons, there are four rooms to chose from. All with lovely views and all styled in cool white and pale greys. The timber-framed beds are dressed in crisp, white linens and luxurious pale grey carpets lie underfoot. Two of the bedrooms are en-suite and there are a further two separate bathrooms, all with modern fittings, plenty of white fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries.
