Acorn Lodge is a home full of charm and comfort. Built during the Arts and Crafts period in the early 1900s, the house has been lovingly restored by its owners Phil and Ali. Guests love the relaxed feel to this grand house. Formerly an award winning Bed and Breakfast, this stunning home is now offerred for self-catering holidays as well as accommodation for conference and exhibition visitors. With delightful period features retained, Acorn Lodge has the capacity to sleep 12 adults in 7 bedrooms, (6 en-suite and 1 with house bathroom). 2 bedrooms offer whirlpool baths for pampering and a touch of luxury. Accessibility

Acorn Lodge is an Edwardian property. There are two steps into the hallway. All rooms are on the first and second floors. There are stairs to all rooms, no lifts. The ground floor lounge and dining room are on one level. In the event of a fire, the fire alarm will sound. Please advise us if you have a hearing impairment and might not hear this we can provide a Deafguard alarm.

  • Road from Wetherby (9.0 miles)
    From London: M1, then A1(M) – exit Wetherby (9 miles from Harrogate) From the North: A1 – exit Wetherby or Knaresborough (Knaresborough exit is 8 miles from Harrogate) From the East: M621 – A1(M) – exit Wetherby From the West: M56 – M62 – A1 (M) – exit Wetherby As you enter the town centre, follow signs to the International Conference centre. Once on Kings Road, turn up Alexandra Road (opposite the Holiday Inn), turn right at top and we are on the right hand side.
  • Train from Harrogate Train Station (0.5 miles)
    Take a taxi from outside the station! Will take about 3 minutes and cost you less than a fiver!
  • Air from Leeds Bradford Airport (10.0 miles)
    Follow signs to Harrogate, then International Conference centre. Turn off Kings Road onto Alexandra Road (opposite the Holiday Inn), turn right at top and we are on the right hand side at the top of Studley Road.
