Bridge House Bed & Breakfast Information


A Luxury Bed and Breakfast set in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales. We ensure a warm welcome with a wealth of knowledge of great walks and things to do. Bridge House is a charming Georgian House set in the pretty village of Threshfield less than a mile from Grassington with its cobbled square and quirky shops. its a great base to explore all the Dales has to offer. We only have the one guest room in the annex to the house, so the guest room, breakfast room/ lounge are exclusively for your use. You will not be disappointed by the beautiful and commanding views. A hearty breakfast awaits. There is free on site parking and wifi. The guest room can be made up as a super king double bed or twin bed arrangement, it has an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, eco friendly spa toiletries and a hairdryer. There is a mini fridge with filtered water, fresh milk and confectionary, a coffee machine, and a good selection of beverages. We are close to The Dales way, the Way of the Roses, and the Pennine Way. The Yorkshire Three Peaks and Malham Cove and Malham Tarn, Bolton Abbey. Fountains Abbey, Ingleborough falls. The Settle to Carlisle Railway, are a short drive away. For shopping: the market town of Skipton is 8 miles away Whilst Harrogate, Ilkley, Ripon and Leeds are within a good range 30/50 mins. We are fortunate enough to have many good pubs and restaurants nearby, the local pub, being one, the Old Hall which is located over the road 50 yards away. But we are happy to provide alternate good places for dining. Grassington Festival music/arts is held in June. Grassington 1940's Weekend in November and The Dickensian Christmas Market. We attract a lot of wedding guests as there are some beautiful wedding venues nearby.

A car is recommended when staying at the property
  • Road from Skipton (9.0 miles)

    Take the B6265 from Skipton and go to the Old Hall Pub car park (at Threshfield 0.8 miles from the centre of Grassington) which is just over the road from us. If you turn right out of the car park and then take the 3rd driveway on your left(about 50 yards down the road), you will see some black wrought iron gates. The house doors and windows are painted blue. When you drive in park at the very back of the drive alongside a black bench so you are directly outside the front door of the house 

    If coming from the North via Harrogate etc again go to the Old Hall Inn at Threshfield and follow the instuctions above .
