This is a family room with a Double Bed and a bunk bed. It can also be booked out as a Double or a Twin ( one person in Double and one in the Bunkbed. The price is based on 2 people . This room is below the pub dining room and has separate entrance and fire exit which are both at ground level . The room is open plan with a separate toilet/washbasin room, separate shower room and also has a small kitchen. The kitchen has a fridge , toaster, microwave ,tea/coffee making facilities, sink , dining table and chairs.

Arncliffe Arms Information

Description

We have seven comfortable en-suite bedrooms, including a double, 2 x twins , 2 x singles , a triple(3 single beds) and a Family Annexe (Superking Double or twin plus a bunk Bed) they all have individual characteristics and views of our wonderful countryside. All bedrooms include: • Ensuite - Shower, WC and Sink • Central Heating • Tea and coffee making facilities. • White Towels - Bath towels, Hand towels and Bath Mat• • TV & DVD Player The Family room has a separate key coded entrance from the pub and sleeps a maximum of 4 ( max 3 adults) and includes a toilet, shower, heating, bedding, towels and a small kitchen area with microwave, toaster and Tea/ coffee making facilities. Ideal for walking groups , or biking ( there is enough room to store bikes) or Motorcycling. The Super King bed can be made into a Twin if needed.
