The property comes with private off street parking for one car ONLY. Situated in a quiet residential area it offers flexible accommodation for couples , families and small groups of friends looking to visit our beautiful historic city. Our house is family owned and managed and has been fully renovated for September 2021. It consists of a master bedroom with king size bed and smart TV and 2 further bedrooms with zip-link beds which can either be a king size or two singles. There is also a dining room and a spacious first floor lounge with Juliette balcony overlooking the river, and feature 65 inch smart TV and panoramic fire. The house bathroom has both a bath and walk in shower, with a further toilet on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, breakfast bar, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and an adjacent dining room with a large oak table and two seater sofa bed. There are private paved courtyards front and rear with seating and washing lines. To the front there is also a large communal garden area with benches which overlook the Foss Basin where you can see swans, kingfishers and even an otter if you’re lucky. NO PARTIES/ EVENTS OR LOUD NOISE UNDER AND CIRCUMSTANCES
