The large sofa converts to a superbly comfortable double sofa bed, with high quality pocket-sprung mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep (not your standard sofa bed). The dining room has a trendy circular black metal table and 6 comfortable leather dining chairs, a great spot for friends or family to gather over a meal together. A large contemporary glass door leads from here out into a pretty private courtyard which benefits from the mid afternoon and evening sunshine. The modern kitchen is well-equipped with brand new appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
