Camaraderie Guest House Information

Description

We offer 3 modern, stylish rooms, all with en-suites and decorated to a very high standard, inside a large detached property. All rooms are equipped with a mini fridge, filled with drinks and yoghurts, as well as fruit bowls and a plate of snacks. Tea and coffee facilities are also included. Downstairs, we have a laundry room filled with other utilities such as, a large fridge freezer, a microwave, and a sink. Outside we offer a very private, comfortable seating area, with the option of a barbeque, which has proved very popular with previous guests - perfect for nice weather. The property is situated on a very peaceful road, on the outskirts of York centre, which is easily accessible by a lovely, scenic, 10 minute riverside walk. Alternatively, we are just off the main A19 road, which caters perfectly for those wanting to use public transport (at the bottom of Kilburn Road), or travelling by car.

Hello, my name is Ashley. I take great pride in making sure your stay is a pleasant and relaxing one. Any information or advice required about local restaurants, pubs, attractions, etc, can be found in a folder in each room. I am always available for any questions or concerns, and happy to pass on my local knowledge.
