Perth is situated about 1 hour from Edinburgh and 90 minutes from Glasgow. Perth itself has numerous attractions including Scone Palace, the Fergusson Gallery, Branklyn gardens and a beautiful town centre. To the north and west you can explore Perthshire and the Highlands. To the east and south is Dundee, St Andrews and the beautiful Fife fishing villages of Anstruther, Crail and Pittenweem. With the Rosebank as a base, there are virtually unlimited opportunities for the visitor to Scotland, and to Tayside and Fife in particular. Marvel at the architecture of historic towns, royal palaces, and picturesque villages. Visit heritage or wildlife centres, play golf at some of the many fine courses in the area (including St Andrews), relax during a tranquil day's loch fishing, give archery or clay pigeon shooting a try, or thrill at the excitement of an off-road driving experience. Or simply enjoy a leisurely scenic drive through some of the most beautiful countryside that Scotland has to offer. Check in is from 1600 - 2000 hrs unless times are agreed by prior arrangement. Directions

  • Road from From the North (A9) Pitlochry and Dunkeld (27.0 miles)
    Head South on the A9 following signs for Perth. At Inveralmond Roundabout take 1st exit (A912) for about 1½ miles which becomes Dunkeld Road. After passing ASDA Superstore on your left you will come to another roundabout, continue into City Centre and Rosebank Guest House is on your left directly opposite RBS.
  • Road from From the A90 Stirling and Glasgow (99.0 miles)
    Take the A90 north until the Broxden Roundabout. Take left heading A9 North Inverness until next roundabout Inveralmond. Take right A912 Perth City Centre then as above.
  • Road from From the M90 South and Edinburgh (99.0 miles)
    Leave M90 at Junction 10 taking care to keep to the left slip lane and follow signs for A85 Crianlarich and A9 Inverness. At Broxden Roundabout follow signs for A9 North ( Inverness). Then to Inveralmond Roundabout. Follow signs for Perth City Centre (A912) as above.
  • Road from From A93/A94 Blairgowrie and Cupar Angus (99.0 miles)
    On entering Perth cross over the River Tay by the old bridge (A912), bearing right on leaving the bridge and follow signs for Crieff A85 and Inverness A9. Keep to the right traffic lane and continue on through traffic lights on Charlotte Street and Atholl Street turning right onto Barrack Street leading to Dunkeld Road. Once passed St Catherine’s Retail Park on your left, you will find us on the right after the pedestrian crossing lights opposite the RBS.
  • Road from From A90 Dundee and Aberdeen (99.0 miles)
    Leave the A90 just before it becomes M90 following signs for Perth. Pass Branklyn Gardens and at Isle of Skye Hotel on your right stay in the right traffic lane. Continue forward, do not cross the River Tay by the first bridge. At next junction with traffic lights, bear left and cross the river by the old Perth Bridge. Then follow the instructions as above.
