Parkers House Bed & Breakfast Information

Description

Nestled in the heart of the bustling Welsh market town of Newtown, Parkers House Bed and Breakfast LTD is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Enjoy quality at every turn in each of our beautifully decorated en-suite guest rooms. Each room has been renovated to the highest standard, using locally-sourced, quality furnishings to ensure your stay is truly memorable. So, whether you’re exploring the Welsh countryside with your family, visiting the area on business or are a builder or tradesperson in need of a place to stay, Parkers House Bed and Breakfast LTD guarantees you an enjoyable visit. Close to local train station and bus station.

Parkers is run by a local family that were born and raised in Newtown. We bought the property in 2013 in a delapidated state and worked to revive the once thriving Cafe/Restaurant, whilst putting plans in place to renovate the upper floors, which had been derelict for over 40 years, into the luxurious B&B that it is now. We source all of our products locally and support independent businesses as much as we can. Tina and her daughter, Hannah, along with the rest of the team, will try to ensure that your stay is as relaxing as possible. There are plenty of things to see and do in and around Newtown, including bowling near the town centre, Theatre Hafren, Regent Cinema, Robert Owen Museum & Memorial, Textile Musuem, WH Smith's Museum, Walks, Cycling, Dolforwyn Castle, Montgomery Castle, Powys Castle, plenty of Pubs & restaurants.
