Description

Situated in a classic Georgian building with high ceilings, chandeliers, shutters, and feature fireplace, the apartment has been updated to include all the modern facilities for you to relax and unwind. Maybe sit and watch the world go by through the tall sash windows! The lounge has comfortable sofas and a smart TV with Netflix. The kitchen area has seating at a breakfast bar and everything you need to prepare a light lunch or quick dinner. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with luxury toiletries. Bedroom one has an upholstered super king bed, which can split into two singles if required. The second bedroom also has an upholstered double bed incorporating a clever side access wardrobe, and there is an extra sofa bed in the lounge area. KITCHEN/LIVING SPACE The kitchen area is fully equipped with a combination microwave, two ring induction hob, fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. There’s an island with seating. The lounge area has a sofa bed with memory foam mattress, a large smart TV (with Netflix). Free Wifi is included for your stay. BEDROOMS There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment. Bedroom 1 has a large, comfy super king bed (which can split into singles upon request) and built-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a comfy double bed and side access wardrobe. SHOWER ROOM The shower room has a walk-in shower, toilet and basin. Towels and toiletries are included.

The apartment is owned by Wendy and managed by Chris Askew, Nook of Bath, who takes care of the day-to-day management. Chris is based locally and always on hand to help – please get in touch if you have any questions or problems.
