Description

The stylish first floor flat boasts a light and spacious living room with a sofa bed and chair arranged around the smart TV. The sofa bed can be unfolded to create an additional double bed when wanted for extra 2 people. At the other end of the room is the dining table. French windows at one end of the living room open onto a roof balcony with a dining set/luange for al fresco dining or enjoying a nice sunny days. Next door to the living room, also opening onto the roof terrace, is a large fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer drier and all the utensils needed to prepare and enjoy a delicious meal for at least six guests. We provide coffee, tea, milk and even spices, oil and vinegar. With lovely garden outlooks on two sides, the master bedroom has a super king zip-and-link double bed which can be separated and form two twin beds and an En-suit bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. The second bedroom has a generous double bed and the desk/dressing table. The other side of the entrance hall is the family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, double sink and toilet. Wireless internet is available throughout the house. Elegantly furnished to ensure top levels of comfort, the apartment is entered via Marlborough Buildings, which runs up the west side of the Royal Crescent. It is just 10 minutes’ walk from most of Bath’s city centre attractions making it a perfect base from which to explore the city. Only a minute walk to the famous Royal Crescent. IMPORTANT NOTE: Parking; Property has a private garage for one car but it can only fit small/ midsize cars due to a narrow entrance. The garage has the following dimensions: 2.00m wide at the entrance, 2.60m wide inside the garage and 5.10m length Sofa bed: Please note the sofa bed will be set up for bookings of 5 - 6 people. There is an extra charge if you would like the sofa bed set up for groups of 4 people and under. Please get in touch with us to organise this.

To walk, exit the train stn and walk along Dorchester St, past the bus stn on your left, then turn right up St James’s Parade. Opposite Bath College fork right along Westgate Buildings. Cross Kingsmead Sq to Monmouth St then turn left at the Griffin Inn, onto Princes St. Continue straight past Queens Sq to the Royal Avenue. After passing below the Royal Crescent turn left onto Marlborough Buildings.
