Beautifully appointed, this is our largest room with en-suite bathroom. Ideally suited to family and group bookings as it can take up to 4 guests. However this room is also popular with single and couple bookings looking for abit more luxury. The hotel quality super king size bed can be split as 2 twin single beds, these also have 2 extra pull out trundle beds underneath so we can set the room out to meet any groups requirements (these beds may not be suitable for larger adults). The room is secured with a yale lock for security and peace of mind with hanging space for guests clothes. Within the room we offer highspeed wifi available throughout and a 50inch HD flat screen smart TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Iplayer. A small fridge is also in the room for guests use. In March 2021 we installed a brand new ensuite bathroom in this room for guests use. Guests also have full use of the kitchen and it facilities.

Description

Situated in a quiet historical Ayrshire street yet only a short walk from the town, beach, train and bus station. A Victorian, B listed property with period features and modern facilities, centrally heated with hi speed cable wi-fi throughout and onsite parking. The property is newly decorated and refurbished. Each room has a newly fitted en-suite bathroom. Guests have use of a recently fitted kitchen and outside seating area. Our rooms feature new hotel quality mattresses and bedding. High quality bed sheets, towels and linen provided. Paved private garden to rear. Large rooms, pleasantly appointed to guarantee a most comfortable stay.

Family run and happy to help, local to the town with experience going back a generation in the hotel trade. We pride ourselves on being able to provide our guests the best level of stay and provide them with local knowledge and information to benefit there stay. We offer express check ins so guests are free to come and go when it suits however a member of staff is always available at the property should you need them.
