Ideal for working professionals, couples, friends or just coming to events in Newcastle City centre. LIVING/DINING ROOM: The living/dining area is next to the kitchen. The room has a big comfortable sofa, ideal to relax after a day in town, a wall-mounted Smart TV where you can stream your favorite shows and movies. It also has a 4-seat wooden dinning table to enjoy a proper meal. BEDROOMS: Bedroom 1 : King sized bed with high quality linen, along with wardrobe and a desk overseeing the window. Bedroom 2 : Twin beds with high quality linen, along with a desk for working professionals. BATHROOM: The bathroom is located through the kitchen and contains a bath and standing shower. ACCESSIBILITY: The property is not specifically designed for wheelchairs, but it is in the ground floor. Note that you have to get in the bathtub to use the shower. OUTDOOR FEATURES: There is an outdoor seating area for those looking to relax during the warmer times of the day, whether to carry on working or socialise. PARKING: There is free on-street parking The property is fitted with one ring doorbell camera outside of the house located visibly next to the front door, facing the street. The camera is activated when it detects movement.
