Boutique apartment in the heart of Newcastle upon Tyne. Within walking distance of Newcastle city centre, the Royal Victoria Hospital, St. James' Park stadium, Chinatown and various university buildings. A stylish apartment in Spital Tongues, Newcastle upon Tyne. Situated very close to the Royal Victoria Hospital (5 min walk/2 min by car) and St. James' Park stadium (10 min walk/5 min by car) as well as Newcastle City Centre (10 min walk/5 min by car). It is also within walking distance of a number of University buildings located within the city centre. Apartment details - 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 reception room (double sofabed), kitchen, shower room/WC. The apartment has a contemporary, light and airy feel to it with windows letting lots of light in. The large lounge has a 50" TV and there is WiFi throughout the apartment. There is a three seater sofa and a dining table for all meals. The bedroom has a large comfy bed and wardrobe, whilst the living room also contains a double sofabed and there is plenty of storage in the apartment. (Extra bedding is available if needed). The bathroom has a walk in shower cubicle fitted with separate sink. The kitchen is fitted with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hob and oven with plenty of plates, bowls and cutlery available for use. The whole apartment is available to book. We are able to meet guests upon arrival to show them around and pass over the keys. Nearby parking is available (pay and display during the day, free in the evening and on sundays).
