Helen started in the industry as a chambermaid at the Copthorne Hotel and worked her way up to a Premier Inn Manager. Jon started his career as a teenaged cell-man, within several years he became one of the youngest Managers of Bass inns. After meeting each other there dream was to run there very own Hotel which they still enjoy. They are lucky enough to have a great team around them, made up of there enthusiastic family.
