IMPORTANT: OUR KITCHEN WILL BE CLOSED FROM 1-15 JULY INCLUSIVE FOR EXTENSIVE REFURBISHMENT BREAKFAST WILL BE SERVED IN OUR CAFE NEXT DOOR FROM 7.30-9AM - WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE CAUSED Ideally located, set back off the quaint High Street in Ardingly, The Ardingly Inn provides a relaxed and ambient atmosphere, Dine in our pizzeria - pizzas cooked in our stone-baked ovens, topped with our speciality fresh Italian ingredients - or maybe try our fish and chips or scampi - Eat in or takeaway options Please Note: No food is served on Sundays With a well-deserved reputation for quality food and a selection of real ales and wines, we can cater for all of your needs, from a relaxing meal with friends, to a leisurely read of a newspaper over a quiet drink. We welcome children and pets in the beer garden which is to the rear of the pub. We are close to various tourist attractions which form part of the National Trust, including Wakehurst Place also known as 'Kew in the Country', and Nymans Gardens and more. The South of England Showground is a 5 minute walk away which holds numerous events throughout the year, including International Antique and Collectors' Fairs every 6/7 weeks. Ardingly Reservoir which hosts various water activities is a short walk, there are numerous rambler's paths ranging from the leisurely to the energetic walker. Ardingly College is a 10 minute walk on the edge of the village. We are also cycle friendly, we have room for bikes to be locked away and also a drying room. We are on the London to Brighton cycle route. The famous Bluebell Railway is a short distance away. Gatwick Airport is 20 minutes by car and the vibrant city of Brighton is 35 minutes away.
