The sliding doors open up onto a large balcony area, the perfect place to relax and gaze at the sea. Situated on a private estate, the beach can be accessed via the back garden gate. It will take less than 20 seconds to cross the communal lawn for you to be dipping your toes in the beautiful Bracklesham Bay. The property has been updated for this season with many areas renovated entirely such as a brand new kitchen, bedroom and decked balcony and outdoor spaces. The kitchen and living space feature luxury touches throughout such as Sonos sound system, flat screen TV, coffee machine, brand new kitchen appliances and superfast Wi-Fi. No.87 features some lovely family friendly touches such as bunk bed rooms with kids story books and toys. As well as direct access to the beach, the property has a generous first floor balcony with seating terrace, and an enclosed, decked front garden with outdoor seating and fire pit. The house has dedicated driveway with parking for 2 vehicles and is dog friendly. Note: This property is a semi-detached house on a quiet, residential estate. It is not suitable for parties, hen or stag parties. This is an area full of families both living and holidaying so noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction. The property is minutes from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops, surf cafes and watersports hire.
