Annex By The Sea Information


Annex By the Sea has been designed to be your mini sanctuary, you can expect to walk in and feel at ease straight away. The studio contains a full size orthopaedic King Size bed for your maximum comfort (a travel cot can be requested for any tiny visitors.) You can also relax in the lovingly created little coffee area with a luxurious throw and Netflix on the Smart TV. The space even provides a mini breakfast bar area where up to two people can enjoy the dinner you've prepared in our fully equipped kitchenette. Or maybe you order in from many of the great take away restaurants that Lancing has to offer ;-) You have full access to High Speed unlimited internet and a Smart TV fully loaded with Netflix and Amazon Prime so Chilling out after a downs walk will be easy. You will also have access to all the usual catch up TV apps and freeview channels. The Shower room and Kitchenette are fully equipped so don't worry about carting around your kitchen sink on this trip ;-) Don't even worry about a towel!! We have you covered :-) This cute little Annex is located right off the A27 and has its very own private drive to the rear of the property so you'll never need to worry about parking after a long drive. Don't fancy cooking your own dinner? We have you covered! You will find the very best steak house just 3 minutes walk away, Yes, we have a Miller & Carter on our door step! So if chilling at the Annex doesn't suit you needs make a reservation at Miller & Carter and let them do the cooking for you. **Please note road noise is guaranteed in this apartment due to its proximity to the A27 so please bear this in mind when booking.**

  • Road from Gatwick Airport (32.0 miles)

    Follow the M23 South toward Brighton

    Continue on this road as it turns into A23. 

    When arriving into north Brighton take the A27 West Bound toward Worthing.

    Follow A27 for 8 Miles until you reach Lancing. 

    Turn left onto Manor Way just before the Lancing Manor roundabout. 

    Our property is on the corner. 

    Please park on the rear driveway and walk to the front of the house. 

    Your front door is the Black Oak one labelled The Annex :-)
