The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room are spacious for 2 guests and large enough to accommodate 4 guests with a sofa bed. This exclusive one-bedroom maisonettes apartment hosts an open plan living space with large windows and glass ceiling, which allows lots of light to flow through the lounge area and fully integrated kitchen. The open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room are spacious, functional, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with appliances, and utensils. The showroom includes a tub and dispenser with premium shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The spacious Bedroom has a king size bed provided with custom made luxury headboard, wardrobe, mirror and bedside cabinets. There is a study table , swivel chair and light. The front of the bedroom has a glass floor which is a beautiful design that allows light through from the downstairs and visa versa. The bedrooms are very spacious over 25 sqr meters. Downstairs there is the spacious Living/Dining and kitchen. The specification kitchen comprises of integrated fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster washing machine, dishwasher and a four-ring touch sensitive induction Hob. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs with appliances, and utensils. The lounge area has a dining table and 2 chairs. A large sofa-bed, to relax and for the occasional guest. Also a small cloakroom comprising of toilet, washbasin with storage and mirror. Private parking There is a private secure cctv parking with Eco charging point. Complimentary amenities include wi-fi, heating, and a 43” Smart TV with a fully loaded amazon fire stick with plenty of movie apps. As your home away from home, free coffee, and tea are included.
