This is a truly unique living space. A basement fully converted into a self contained flat with excellent height. There is a large bedroom/living area. Separate kitchen with all mod cons. Large sized wet room with power shower. I've really tried to make this a comfortable and fully functional apartment. Providing items such as towels, bedding, toiletries, microwave, oven, kettle, toaster, cutlery, pots and pans, hangers, TV, cleaning items, washing up liquid , etc

This is a truly unique living space. A basement fully converted into a self contained studio flat. The Bathroom has shower facilities and comes with basic amenities such as shower gel and towels. Guest will get access to an open plan living space and decorated to a very high standard, Free Wi-Fi is accessible throughout and modern décor, with everything you need for your stay. Providing items such as towels, bedding, toiletries, hangers, TV, cleaning items, washing up liquid, etc. The kitchen comes with the finest integrated appliances - microwave, fridge, oven, washing machine and a dishwasher Shops, bars, cafes and restaurants can be found around the shopping center. The local area is a 5min drive to the centre of Leeds and there are plenty of supermarkets and shops on the doorstep . Leeds arena is 5 min drive away. There are plenty of regular buses to take you all over Leeds and they run till late.
