An eight En-suite bedroom old farmhouse on a former dairy farm with large river garden at the back and large garden at the front. Located on the edge of the village yet it takes only 30 minutes to walk the centre of Salisbury. Large dining table, two lounges and a kitchen with commercial cooking facilities makes it easy to cater for up to 20 guests. Two bedrooms on the ground floor. One has very good facilities for wheelchair users or those with mobility difficulties. Five bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed and three bedrooms have a double bed. All En-suite. Total number of guests in the house is 20 as limited by the size of the dining table.

Accessibility
One of our bedrooms is on the ground floor and it has a large shower room. It is not wheelchair accessible though. Sorry.
Directions

Road from Salisbury (2.0 miles)
Take the A338 south towards Downton. After the Park and Ride traffic lights, turn left down the hill. At the bottom of the hill the road bends to the right. Turn right after the Cheese House and before you go over the bridge into the car park.

Road from Heathrow (75.0 miles)
Go south on M25, then take M3 to the west. Get off on the A303 and continue until you get to the A338 towards Salisbury. In Salisbury follow the signs to the A338 toward Ringwood and Downton.
After the Park and Ride traffic lights, turn left down the hill. At the bottom of the hill the road bends to the right. Turn right after the Cheese House and before you go over the bridge into the car park.
