Bird & Carter Fonthill Information

Description

We have five comfortable bedrooms, decorated in a Scandi style with furniture and decor by local makers and craftspeople. Five minutes from A303 and the perfect stop-off from London on the way down to Cornwall, nestled in the village of Fonthill Bishop on the historic Fonthill Estate. Great walks and food and drink available in our lovely Rivergarden. Bird and Carter also has a gorgeous deli / coffee shop which clients can take advantage of during their stay.

Bird & Carter founders Joff and Annie met on the ski slopes in the French Alps. After a stint in London they took the plunge and opened Bird & Carter Farm Shop, Wilton. 14 years and 2 kids later in 2020 (a week before Lockdown began) they opened their sister business Bird & Carter Fonthill, Café and Bed & Breakfast in the old post office building on the Fonthill Estate.
