The Captain Henderson House is a piece of history in Arkadelphia and in the story of its owner, Henderson State University. With close to 150 years of stories to tell, this home is simply timeless, class, and comfort. Operating as an inn and event venue, we are so excited to celebrate every last reason for your stay. Come stay a night or two, visiting on our wraparound porch, celebrating on our beautiful lawn, or finding relaxation in one of our rooms, your home-away-from-home.

Captain Henderson House

While the Captain Henderson House is owned by its historical partner, Henderson State University, the inn is privately operated and run by an Arkadelphia family and florist. Our mission is to provide every last visitor the experience we've found here in Arkadelphia: comfort, hospitality, and the beautiful feeling of being at home.
