Great three bedroom - two bath accommodation in historic, downtown location Welcome to “The View” at the 4Th Street Inn (Permit#:004223) The View is located just three blocks from the center of Ashland, including the Oregon Shakespeare Festival Theaters, shops, restaurants and art galleries. Minutes from Emigrant Lake, Golfing, and of course wine tasting. It is one of two separate flats at the 4th Street Inn. It is on a residential street in the historic Railroad District. Guest will be welcome to a spacious 3-bedroom 2 bath with a great view of the Mountains. The View: -3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 people -living room, dining area -fully-equipped kitchen -patio w/BBQ -in-unit washer and dryer The View has all the amenities: spacious rooms, hardwood floors, finely appointed furnishings, TV/DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning. The View has its own private entrance, deck table and chairs for outdoor dining - as well as casual seating on the patio. Please note there are security cameras installed on the exterior of the property. Life throws you curve balls - we strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance for your trip. In the event of a last-minute emergency or need to cancel, travel insurance offers peace of mind for all. Please consider this as we cannot offer refunds outside of our stated policies. Welcome to Ashland Vacation Stay. We first came to Ashland in 2014 and fell in love with the area. Our kids went to Southern Oregon University. We now have three vacation rental homes in Ashland Oregon. Our first property is located by Emigrant Lake and it has accomedations for 8 (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Our most recent acquisition is the 4th Street Inn. These are two separate units upstairs (The View) and Downstairs (The Garden) with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
