The Beach Bungalow ~ Ocean front, private beach & secluded hot tub at Burnt Hill Cove. EV Chargers available @The Cove. Looking for a retreat made for two? Take advantage of our ocean front apartment overlooking Burnt Hill Creek and the magnificent Pacific Ocean. This cozy cabin-like apartment has all the amenities required for a private getaway on the Oregon Coast including a panoramic deck and picnic table, secluded outdoor spa, fully equipped kitchen, full bath, washer & dryer and upgraded linens with down comforters.Bungalow has a private and very secluded hot tub. The beach is just a few minutes walk away and is on a private cove. A total of 4 homes are located at this site at Burnt Hill Beach. This is a wonderful alternative to a hotel and you won't regret your decision to stay with us. This is the only apartment adjoined to our storage/supply building on the site and overlooks Burnt Hill Creek, the old fish hatchery ponds and Burnt Hill Beach. Our team uses the supply building for laundry and maintenance services and try to be mindful of our guests staying next door. Renting another house at Crook Point Vacations and need more space, another room or privacy for part of your group? The Beach Bungalow is the perfect overflow solution. If your party is larger, please check out one of our other five homes for larger occupancy. Normal occupancy is 2 which is also the maximum. We are pet friendly- so furry members of the family are welcome! Please note when booking with OTAs like VRBO or AIRBNB, there may be two separate installments charged when booking: The first charge will include the base rate and cleaning fee plus tax. The 2nd charge is the Credit Card Processing Fee.

Description

Crook Point boasts eight ocean view vacation homes that are nestled throughout the 3,000-acre retreat. The seven lodging quarters combined can accommodate a maximum of 55 visitors. These beautiful homes are ideal for wedding parties and guests who are staying for an extended period of time. We now have EV Chargers at The Cove parking area near the homes to make charging your electric vehicle convenient and allowing for an off the beaten path adventure while driving electric! The following rental homes are available: Beach Bungalow Byrdie's Beach House Headland House Honeymoon Cove House The Lookout Mervue Estate Nautilus House West Cove House There are ample outdoor activities for guests to engage in in the areas surrounding Crook Point. Myers Creek, Secret Beach, Sporthaven Beach, Harris Beach, and Lone Ranch are all beautiful beaches that are located nearby. Moreover, Natural Bridge, Cape San Sebastian, and Redwood Nature Trail offer wonderful hiking trails for the adventurous soul.

Crook Point is boutique ocean-front wedding venue located in Pistol River, Oregon half way between Gold Beach and Brookings. This event venue offers 8 vacations homes and a 3,000-acre plot of land for couples to host their wedding celebration. This family-owned Ranch provides couples with an array of options and ample stunning backdrops that will complement the beauty of any event. This versatile venue can host an array of events, ranging from intimate elopements, micro weddings to extravagant celebrations, with its capacity for up to 300 individuals. The location boasts three private beaches and two woodland areas at which couples can exchange their vows. The sand-filled sites are an ideal choice for couples who wish to host a waterfront wedding. Couples can also hold their ceremony in one of the more wooded areas, which exude a tranquil and intimate atmosphere. Road from Medford Airport, Oregon (139.0 miles)

The Bungalow is located 14 miles north of Brookings, Oregon and 13 miles south of Gold Beach, Oregon, between mileposts 342 and 343. When traveling north from Brookings, you will cross the Thomas Creek Bridge (10 miles) and the Burnt Hill Creek fill (14 miles). Then turn left (west) at Burnt Hill Beach Road. If you travel too far, you will pass Arch Rock Place and then Byrdies Lane (the only western residence roads north of the Brookings area.)
When traveling south from Gold Beach, you will cross the Pistol River Bridge (10 miles) and will then pass Byrdies Lane and Arch Rock Place (at 1/4 mile from the house). Then turn right (west) on Burnt Hill Beach Road between miles posts 342 and 343.
After turning into the driveway, proceed straight down the paved drive past the first (grayish-brown) house and down to the second large building where the paved drive ends. The entrance to the bungalow is located on the right-hand side of the building under an awning. Please park in front of the entrance as we need to park in the other spot in order to access the shop building.
