Take 1-95 South. Get into the Left lanes immediately. Take the exit for RI Route 4, shortly after it merges with U.S.Route 1 follow signs for Newport Bridges. You will cross the Jamestown-Verrazano Bridge, then the Newport (Pell) Bridge ($4.00 toll). Take the first exit from the Newport Bridge. Turn Right
at the Stop Sign at the bottom of the exit, then Left at the traffic light onto
Van Zandt Ave (which turns into Summer St). At the 3rd Stop Sign, turn Left onto
Broadway, then take the next QUICK Right onto Gibbs Ave. Right turn onto Kay
St. (2 Stop Signs). Left turn - 1 block onto Hunter Ave - 2 Stop Signs to
55 Hunter Ave. (There is a yellow fire hydrant in front of the house.
Look for a large porch and a BIG CARROT on the porch wall). Here you are.

Road from Boston (70.0 miles)

Take Mass. Rt. 128 to Mass Rt. 24 South through
Fall River into Rhode Island. Then Route 138 exit for Middletown and beaches.
After about 15-20 minutes, turn Left at the sign for Rt. 138A. Turn Left at the
2nd traffic light and bear Right around the' curve onto Memorial Blvd. Continue
past the beach and up the hill. Take the 3rd Right onto Gibbs Ave. At the 2nd
Stop Sign (Champlin St) turn Left 1 block - turn Right onto Hunter Ave, the house
is' on the' Left, 55 Hunter Ave. (There is a yellow fire hydrant in front of the house.
Look for a large porch and a BIG Carrot on the porch wall). You have arrived.
