Description

Newly Built Rural Property with high patios, Amazing Views and Dark Skies. There are four distinct suites to choose from: Hill Country, Continental, Colorado and Rio Grande. Wine: We are also very close to some of the best wineries, such as: Ab Astris, Adega Vinho, Calais, Carter Creek, The Den at Winecub, French Connection, Hilmy, Kuhlman, Narrow Path, Pedernales Cellars, The Rhinory, Ron Yates, Siboney, Signor, Slate Theory, Untamed, William Chris, Vinovium and many more. Beer, Bourbon, Dancing and Music: We are also close to Albert Ice House, Altstadt Brewery, Bankersmith, Garrison Brothers Distillery, Luckenbach and Old 290 Brewery. Birding: Birdwatching and Hummingbirds (when season) galore! Bicyclists DREAM location! Other: We are 3.5 miles from The Preserve - Elephant Ambassadors

We live onsite and that allows to be more attentive to needs that may arise. My Husband Scott Works at Siboney Cellars and I work from home. We love to meet people of all cultures, preferences, religions, races and countries. It is our pleasure to be your host!

ADDRESS:
Our mailing address is: 554 Seven Falls Dr, Fredericksburg, TX 78624 (we are really much closer to stonewall so either city should get you here via GPS!).

If arriving at dusk or dark, watch for deer!

Our neighborhood, Seven Falls Ranch, is a dark sky neighborhood so there are NO lights at the entrance. On Ranch Road 2721, there are green highway signs coming from either direction that say Seven Falls Ranch. Once you get to the bottom of the hill you will see the Seven Falls Ranch Entrance.

Once you enter the neighborhood, keep looking to your right. Our house is below the road and we have a big silver roof and it is blue with white mixed stone. We will have on our candle/flicker/flame lights on so they will flicker like a flame.

There is a small blue reflective sign with our house number (554) just AFTER our driveway. In addition, we have solar lights at the entrance and down the driveway. Our driveway is a bit precarious the first time. Just swing wide, go slow and come straight in…..
You will see a large silver rain catchment tank in front of you as you enter our driveway.
